Help Us Build a Brighter Future in Sierra Leone. At We Media LLC, we believe every child deserves a chance to learn, grow, and live a healthy life—no matter where they’re born. That’s why we’ve launched a mission to build schools, emergency clinics, and freshwater wells in the underserved villages of Sierra Leone. In these remote communities, access to education and healthcare is a daily struggle. Children walk miles each day, often barefoot, just to fetch water. Many grow up without ever stepping foot inside a classroom. And when medical emergencies arise, the nearest hospital is 5 to 10 miles away—an impossible distance for many without transportation. But with your support, we can change that.
Your donation will help us:
• Build schools where children can receive a basic education and dream of a better future.
• Construct emergency clinics to provide critical, life-saving healthcare to communities in need.
• Dig freshwater wells so families no longer have to walk for days to find clean water, reducing waterborne illnesses and giving children more time to learn and play.
These are not luxuries—they are necessities. A school means opportunity. A clinic means survival. A well means dignity and health. Together, we can empower these communities to thrive. Your generosity can be the reason a child gets an education, a mother receives urgent care, or a village drinks clean water for the first time. Donate today. Be the difference that transforms lives in Sierra Leone. We Media LLC – Building Hope, One Village at a Time.

Give Today And Save A Life
Help Us Build Wells in Sierra Leone – Step by Step to Clean Water
In many rural communities across Sierra Leone, families walk several miles every day just to fetch water—often from unsafe sources like rivers or shallow pits. But with your support, we can change that. Each donation goes directly to digging and building clean, sustainable wells that bring safe water to hundreds of people.
How we do it :
Step 1: Community Selection and Site Survey
Before we begin, we work with local leaders and NGOs to identify the villages most in need. Once a community is selected, our team conducts a geological survey to find the best location for water access. This involves testing the soil, evaluating underground water tables, and ensuring the site is safe and accessible.
Step 2: Mobilization and Preparation
Once the site is confirmed, we bring in the necessary materials and tools: steel or PVC piping, gravel, cement, bricks, hand pump equipment, and safety gear. We also hire skilled local labor and train community volunteers who assist in the project—creating both jobs and ownership of the well.
Step 3: Manual or Machine Drilling
Depending on the terrain, we use either manual auger drilling (for soft soil) or motorized drilling rigs (for harder ground). The team drills down anywhere from 10 to 40 meters deep until reaching a clean, reliable aquifer. This stage takes between 3 to 7 days depending on the conditions.
Step 4: Casing and Gravel Packing
Once we’ve reached the water source, we insert PVC or steel casing into the hole to protect the walls and ensure water doesn’t get contaminated. Around the casing, we pour a special gravel pack that filters the water and keeps sand and dirt out.
Step 5: Sanitary Seal and Concrete Platform
To prevent surface contamination (like from runoff or latrines), we install a sanitary seal at the top of the borehole. Then, we build a strong concrete platform around the well, with drainage channels to direct excess water away—keeping the area clean and safe.
Step 6: Installing the Hand Pump
A hand-operated pump (like an Afridev or India Mark II) is then mounted on top of the well. These are durable, low-maintenance pumps specifically designed for rural African communities. Once installed, it is tested to ensure it works and pumps clean, drinkable water.
Step 7: Community Training and Handover
We don’t just build wells—we teach communities how to take care of them. A local Water Committee is trained in pump maintenance, hygiene, and record-keeping. We also provide tools and spare parts so they can handle small repairs independently.
Step 8: Monitoring and Follow-Up
Even after the well is built, our work continues. We do regular check-ins to ensure the water stays clean and the pump stays functional. If needed, we help troubleshoot and support further sanitation education.
With Your Help, We Can Build More Wells
Every well we build serves hundreds of people—children, parents, farmers, and elders—giving them access to something many of us take for granted: clean water.
• $25 provides tools and materials
• $100 trains a community volunteer
• $500 contributes to the hand pump installation
• $3,000–$5,000 funds to start
• Total cost entire project $9,000to $25,000
Donate today and help us dig hope into the ground. Together, we can bring water to Sierra Leone—one well at a time.
Why give
Because your donation isn’t just money—it’s transformation. When you give to We Media LLC, you’re not funding temporary aid. You’re helping build lasting solutions in some of the world’s most underserved villages. You’re putting tools, resources, and dignity into the hands of people who’ve gone too long without them.
Here’s what your donation actually does:
• 💧 It gives a child clean water, ending the daily walk for miles to fetch dirty water—and protecting them from deadly waterborne diseases.
• 📚 It opens the doors to education, giving children a safe place to learn, grow, and dream of a better future.
• 🏥 It provides life-saving healthcare, so that a mother no longer has to risk her life or her child’s just because the nearest clinic is 10 miles away.
Because Every Person Deserves a Chance. You’re not just changing lives—you’re saving them. You’re helping communities lift themselves out of poverty by giving them access to the very things we often take for granted: water, education, healthcare.
Because Real Change Starts Small—but Lasts Forever. Even a small donation can go a long way. A few dollars might mean a classroom bench, a first-aid kit, or a section of piping for a well. Real, measurable impact—made possible by you.
Be a Builder of Hope. If you’ve ever wanted to make a real difference—this is your moment. Donate today and be the reason a village flourishes, a child learns to read, or a family drinks clean water for the first time.
Help Us Build Schools in Sierra Leone Toward a Brighter Future
In many parts of Sierra Leone, children walk miles every day to attend school in makeshift classrooms—or have no school at all. Many learn under trees or in unsafe buildings with no desks, no books, and no hope of advancement. But with your donation, we can change that. Together, we can build safe, strong schools that give children the education they deserve.
Step 1: Community Assessment and Planning
We begin by identifying communities with the most urgent need for a school. This is done in partnership with local leaders, education officials, and NGOs. We assess the number of school-age children, current infrastructure (if any), and available land.
Once a site is chosen, our team drafts a school building plan that typically includes:
• 3 to 6 classrooms
• A head teacher’s office
• Latrines for boys and girls
• A handwashing station
• A shaded outdoor area
We ensure the plan meets both local government and international education standards.
Step 2: Land Preparation and Permitting
Once the land is donated or secured by the community, we clear and level the site. During this time, we also secure all necessary permits and approvals from local authorities. This helps ensure the school is officially recognized and supported long-term.
Step 3: Purchasing Local Materials
We prioritize buying materials locally to support the economy. This includes:
• Cement, sand, and gravel for the foundation
• Bricks (often made on-site)
• Wood for roofing and doors
• Metal sheets for the roof
• Paint, nails, windows, and classroom furnishings
Using local resources also helps reduce costs and strengthens community ownership of the school.
Step 4: Hiring and Training Workers
We hire skilled local builders—bricklayers, carpenters, and laborers—creating jobs in the community. At the same time, we engage volunteers from the village to assist with simpler tasks like carrying water or making bricks.
This collaborative approach builds pride and accountability.
Step 5: Laying the Foundation and Walls
Construction begins with digging and pouring a strong cement foundation, ensuring the building is stable and can withstand heavy rains. Then, brick walls are carefully laid, including windows and door frames.
This process typically takes 4 to 6 weeks, depending on weather and material availability.
Step 6: Roofing, Flooring, and Painting
After the walls are set, we install a corrugated metal roof to provide reliable shelter. Concrete floors are poured and smoothed. Then, we paint both the interior and exterior with bright, welcoming colors.
Each classroom is fitted with blackboards, desks, and benches—often built by local carpenters.
Step 7: Sanitation and Water Access
No school is complete without safe sanitation. We build gender-separated pit latrines with handwashing stations. In some cases, we also install a nearby well or water tank to give children access to clean drinking water and support hygiene education.
Step 8: Teacher Support and School Opening
We work with the Ministry of Education to assign trained teachers to the school. We also offer basic teaching supplies—chalk, notebooks, pens, textbooks—and hold a community opening celebration where children and parents gather to mark the beginning of a better future.
Step 9: Ongoing Support and Monitoring
Our commitment doesn’t end when the school opens. We provide follow-up support through:
• School inspections
• Refresher teacher training
• Maintenance checks and repairs
• Educational workshops on child rights, hygiene, and safety
This ensures the school remains a lasting foundation for generations to come.
With Your Donation, We Can Build Their Future
Every school we build provides hundreds of children with a safe, structured place to learn, grow, and dream. Without education, poverty continues. With it, everything changes.
• $25 buys books and school supplies
• $100 furnishes a desk and benches for a classroom
• $500 supports roofing and flooring materials
• $10,000–$20,000 builds an entire school from the ground up
Donate today. Let’s build classrooms, build futures, and build hope—one school at a time.
“Thank you for giving up a second chance.”
“You are a God sent. Thank you”
“My future is safe with your donations.”
Step 6: Staffing with Local Healthcare Workers
We recruit and train local nurses, community health workers, and support staff. Sometimes one trained nurse makes the difference between life and death in the village. With partnerships, we also arrange occasional visits from mobile doctors and specialists.
Step 7: Community Education and Outreach
We hold health education workshops to teach basic hygiene, illness prevention, maternal care, and when to seek urgent help. The clinic becomes not just a place of healing, but a hub of learning and hope.
With your donation, you give more than bricks and medicine.
You give parents the chance to watch their children grow.
You give pregnant mothers a safe place to deliver.
You give a sick child a chance to see another sunrise.
You give families a place to turn — not 10 miles away, but right here, where they live, where they love, where they hope.
Healthcare is a basic human right. With your help, we bring that right to life — one clinic, one life, one village at a time.
A Second Chance To Life
In many rural villages of Sierra Leone, access to basic healthcare is almost nonexistent. The nearest hospital can be 5 to 10 miles away, often unreachable for those in critical condition or without transportation. With your donation, we can change that. Here is a detailed, step-by-step breakdown of how your contribution helps build emergency clinics that give people a second chance at life — and a basic human right to healthcare.
Step 1: Identifying the Need
We work closely with local leaders, health officials, and community members to assess the most urgent healthcare gaps. A clinic is prioritized in areas where people are most isolated and underserved — villages where preventable diseases and emergencies often turn fatal simply due to distance from care.
Step 2: Securing Land and Local Support
With community cooperation, we identify and secure a safe, central plot of land. The village elders and local council formally approve the site, and community members often contribute labor, time, or materials to support the clinic’s construction.
Step 3: Planning the Clinic Design
We design a small but efficient emergency clinic with:
• A triage/reception area
• One or two treatment rooms
• A pharmacy/medicine storage
• A small observation area
• A solar-powered electricity system
• Rainwater harvesting or basic plumbing system
The building is designed for quick construction, sanitation, ventilation, and the ability to expand later.
Step 4: Building the Clinic
Construction begins with local contractors and community volunteers. Your donation helps cover:
• Cement, bricks, roofing, and construction materials
• Wages for builders
• Water systems and solar panels
• Doors, windows, lighting, and basic furniture
Construction typically takes 8–12 weeks depending on weather and transportation access.
Step 5: Equipping the Clinic
Once the structure is built, we stock the clinic with:
• Basic diagnostic tools (stethoscopes, thermometers, BP cuffs)
• Emergency medications (painkillers, antibiotics, IV fluids, malaria treatment)
• First aid kits and wound care supplies
• Beds, stretchers, storage shelves
• Generator backup if possible
